Section 2. That the property shall be subject to de- annexation if the owner shall not plat the pi^operty as submitted by Applicant and designate on the plat that only single-family dwellings shall be allowed, the density shall be no greater than 3.33 dwelling units per acre, the house sizes shall be no less than 1301 squat^e feet, no duplexes shall be constructed, construct water, and sewer line extensions to serve the property, and construct streets to and within the pt^operty, meet the r^e.quirements and, conditions of the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and of this Ordinance; if Applicant fails to meet these conditions the property shall be subject to de- annexation, which conditions subsequent shall run with land and also be personal to the owner. Section 3.
