AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN+CHANGING THE BOUNDARY OF THE
MERIDIAN~AREA OF CITY IMPACT ALONG THE BOISE AND MERIDIAN AREA OF
CITY IMPACT BOUNDARY AND THE URBAN SERVICE PLANNING AREA BOUNDARY
FOR A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NE 1'/4, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP
3 NORTH,. RANGE 1,EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND
PROV I DI~NG~ AN EFFECTIVE DATE. '

WHEREAS,, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Idaho, have concluded that~it is in'the best interest
of said City to change the boundary of the Meridian''s Area of
City Impact and the ;Meridian Ur..ban Service Planning Area and
extending the boundaries .,in a westerly direction to exclude the
following:,described parcels of 'land from the current Area of City
Impact,.. and Urban Service Planning Area which property is
hereinbelow.described:
That portion of the Meridian Impact Area in Section 16,
Township 3 North,. Range 1 East, Boise Meridian which lies in
the NE 1/.4 of~said~Section 16 and southerly and easterly of

Commencing at the northeast. corner of Section 16, Township 3

full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as
required by law.

MERIDIAN AREA OF CITY IMPACT ALONG THE BOISE AND MERIDIAN AREA OF
CITY IMPACT BOUNDARY AND THE URBAN SERVICE PLANNING AREA BOUNDARY

PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Idaho, have concluded that it is in the best interest of
said City to change the boundary of the Meridian's Area of City
Impact and the Meridian Urban Service Planning Area Boundary and
extending the boundaries in a westerly direction to exclude the
following described parcels of land from the current Area of City
Impact, and Urban Service Planning Area which property is
