Sonya,
Per our discussion this morning and Mr. Turnbull's discussions with Mr. Gorton and Anna, we would
respectfully request that our hearing scheduled for September 4 before the City Council be continued until
September 11. Due to scheduling conflicts, key members of the application team are unable to attend on the
4th.
Also, as we discussed, our engineer (Mason & Stanfield) will be sending you both a full size drawing and an
electronic version of the revised preliminary plat for your review today. Please let me know as soon as
possible if there are items that need further attention.

I just wanted to confirm with you that our hearing has been continued until September 11. We had initially
said the 4th, but David Turnbull is out of town that day and when he spoke to Joe Borton he indicated that we
could move it out to the 11th. Will you please confirm for me. Thanks. We should have our revised
submittals to you by this Friday.
