APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
ORDINANCE N0. 583
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. 554, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1991 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1992;
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF (815,60®. 00 AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
Be it Ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Meridian, Idaho:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 554, the Appropriation
Ordinance for the City of Meridian, Idaho, for the fiscal year
commencing October 1, 1991 and ending September 30, 1992, be and
the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $415,600.00 be appropriated out
of the revenues from additional permit fees and the additional
sum of (410,000.00 be appropriated out of the revenues from the
grants received, to be used for authorized activities.
Section 2. This shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the
City of Meridian, Idaho, this 4th day of August. 1992.

40. 5549 THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1991 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1992;
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF $8151600.00 AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
Be it Ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Meridian, Idaho:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 554, the Appropriation
Ordinance for the City of Meridian, Idaho, for the fiscal year
commencing October 1, 1991 and ending September 30, 1992, be and
the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of �415,600.00 be appropriated out
oI the revenues from additional permit fees and the additional
sum of $4109000.00, be appropriated out of the revenues from the
grants received, to be used for authorized activities.
Section 2. This shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication.
