That the property shall be subject to re-zoning if the owner or his assigns, heirs, or successors shall not meet the requirements contained in the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. Section 3, That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal description,~the map, which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries of said property, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within ten (10) days following the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 4. EFFECTIVE DATE: There being an emergency, which emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage approval as required by law.
