K I N F R, MAYOR ATTEST: JACK NIEMANN, CITY CLERK ORDINANCE N0. 571 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS LOT 11, 12, 13, 14 AND 15 IN BLOCK 2 OF F. A. NOU'RSE' S THIRD ADDITION, B. M. , ADA COUNTY, I DAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho, have concluded- that it is in the best interest of said City to rezone in the said City real property which is hereinbelow described: Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 in Block 2 of F. A. Nourse' s Third Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Plats at page 229, records of Ada County, State of Idaho. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and City Council of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho: Section 1: That the above referenced real property described as: Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 in Block 2 of F. A. Nourse' s Third Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Plats at page 299, records of Ada County, State of Idaho. 35 is hereby rezoned in the City of Meridian, and shall be zoned (C- C) Community Business District; that the reason for the (C-C) coning is to allow for a karate school, which would be allowed in the (C-C) Commercial Business District Zone; that the rezoning is subject to the conditions referenced in the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as adopted by the Meridian Council on the request for rezoning. Section Z. That the property shall be subject to rezoning back to R-15 Residential if the owner or his assigns, heirs, or successors do not-meet the conditions contained in the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and the Ordinances of the City of Meridian. Section 3. That the City Clerk shall cause one t1) copy of the legal description, and map, which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries of said property, to be filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within ten (10) days following the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. There being an emergency, which emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
