HomeMy WebLinkAbout567 FA Nourse Third Addition RZ27 ORDINANCE N0. 567 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF MERIDIAN WHICH IS GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2, BLK 3, EXCEPT THE EAST 122 FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET AND THE NORTH 83 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF BLK 3, EXCEPT THE WEST 120 FEET, AND THE SOUTH 4 FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET OF THE EAST 122 FEET OF BLK 3, AND THE EAST 122 FEET OF THE NORTH 55 FEET OF BLK 3, ALL IN F.A. NOURSES 3RD ADDITION, ADA COUNTY, MERIDIAN, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.. WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho, have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to amend and change the zoning from R-15 Medium High Density Residential District to C-C Community Business District, for the following described parcel: THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2, BLK 3 EXCEPT THE EAST 122 FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET, AND THE NORTH 83 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 BLK 3, EXCEPT THE WEST 120 FEET, AND THE SOUTH 4 FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET OF THE EAST 122 FEET OF BLK 3, AND THE EAST 122 FEE7 OF THE NORTH 55 FEET OF BLK 3, ALL IN F.A. NOURSES 3RD ADDITION, ADA COUNTY, MERIDIAN, IDAHO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Meridian,. Ada County, Idaho:. Section 1: That the aforementioned real property which is described as follows: THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2, BLK 3, EXCEPT THE EAST 122 FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET, AND THE NORTH 83 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF BLK 3, EXCEPT THE WEST 120 FEET, AND THE SOUTH 4 FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET OF THE EAST 122 FEET OF BLK 3, AND THE EAST 122 FEET OF THE NORTH 55 FEET OF BLK 3, ALL IN F. A. NOURSES 3RD .ADDITION, ADA COUNTY, MERIDIAN, I DAHO be, and the same is rezoned from R-15 Medium High Density Residential to C-C Community Business District, and Section 11-2- 425, Official Zoning Maps is hereby amended to ref lect the same. Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: There being an emergency, which emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
