AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AMENDING AND CHANGING THE
ZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF MERIDIAN WHICH IS
GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2, BLK 3,
EXCEPT THE EAST 122 FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET AND THE NORTH 83
FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF BLK 3, EXCEPT THE WEST 120 FEET, AND THE
SOUTH 4 FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET OF THE EAST 122 FEET OF BLK 3,
AND THE EAST 122 FEET OF THE NORTH 55 FEET OF BLK 3, ALL IN F.A.
NOURSES 3RD ADDITION, ADA COUNTY, MERIDIAN, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE..
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Idaho, have concluded that it is in the best interest
of said City to amend and change the zoning from R-15 Medium High
Density Residential District to C-C Community Business District,
for the following described parcel:
THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2, BLK 3 EXCEPT THE EAST 122
FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET, AND THE NORTH 83 FEET OF THE
SOUTH 1/2 BLK 3, EXCEPT THE WEST 120 FEET, AND THE SOUTH 4
FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET OF THE EAST 122 FEET OF BLK 3, AND
THE EAST 122 FEE7 OF THE NORTH 55 FEET OF BLK 3, ALL IN F.A.
NOURSES 3RD ADDITION, ADA COUNTY, MERIDIAN, IDAHO
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Meridian,. Ada County, Idaho:.
Section 1: That the aforementioned real property which is
described as follows:
THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2, BLK 3, EXCEPT THE EAST 122
FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET, AND THE NORTH 83 FEET OF THE
SOUTH 1/2 OF BLK 3, EXCEPT THE WEST 120 FEET, AND THE SOUTH
4 FEET OF THE NORTH 59 FEET OF THE EAST 122 FEET OF BLK 3,
AND THE EAST 122 FEET OF THE NORTH 55 FEET OF BLK 3, ALL IN
F. A. NOURSES 3RD .ADDITION, ADA COUNTY, MERIDIAN, I DAHO
be, and the same is rezoned from R-15 Medium High Density
Residential to C-C Community Business District, and Section 11-2-
425, Official Zoning Maps is hereby amended to ref lect the same.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: There being an emergency, which
emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as
required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the

AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS
DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF THE NE~1/4 SW 1/4, SECTION 5, T. 3N.,
R. 1 E. , B. M. , ADA COUNTY, I DAHO ; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Idaho have concluded that it is in the best interest of
said City to annex to the said City real property which is
hereinbelow described:
A parcel of land being the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW
1/4 of Sect ion 5, T. 3N. , R. 1E. , B. M. , Ada County, Idaho, and
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a brass cap marking the Northwest corner of
said SW i/4; thence along the Northerly boundary of said SW
1/4 South 89 38'58" East 1326.59 feet to a.2"x36" iron pipe
with a 5/8" x 30" iron pin and plastic cap marking the
Northwest corner of said NE'1/4 of the SE 1/4, also said
pipe being the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing along said Northerly boundary of the SW
1/4 South 89 38'58" East 1326.60 feet to an iron pin marking
the Northeast corner of said SW 1/4;
thence leaving said Northerly boundary of said SW 1/4 along
the Easterly boundary of said SW 1/4~~South 00 27'20" West
656.31 feet to an iron pin marking the, Southeast corner of
said North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4;
thence along the Southerly boundary of said North 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 North 89 44'00" West 1326.53 to an iron
pin marking the Southwest corner of said North 1/2 of the NE
