Miscellaneous Application(changes to final plat, site plan, and development

Dear Brad:
As we have ,previously discussed, we are submitting this miscellaneous - application for,
modifications to the'approved Hampton Inn Subdivision Final ' Plat, 1'Conditional -Use Permit (CUP)
site plan,,;and development agreement,, The, approved Hampton Inn Subdivision Final Plat consists_
of a three (3) lot subdivision on 4:10 acres located at the southwest comer of. Allen Sheet and
Gentry Way, Meridian Idaho. The number of lot's and type of uses on the site will remain the;
same. Howl since the. original Meridian City' Council approval of the Hampton Inn
Subdivision Final Flat, the location of the, proposed hotel on the site -has changed, which'required
the adjustment of the approved lot lines.
Additionally, the CUP site plan has beets changed to reflect' the latest hotel and office location on
the site. The,hotel has been reduced in size from a 93 -room hotel to an 807room,hotel. However,
the office building'area has been increased to approximately 35fl
500 sq, . The office development
will either 6'e two separate, buildings totaling 35,500 sl ft. or -a single building. The development
agreement also needs to be.modified to reflect the changes.,
As discussed with Meridian staff, originally, a building permit for the proposed hotel could be
issued prior to the final plat being recorded.
