NEW CONCEPTS DEVELOPERS, INC.
ANNEXATION AND ZONING
AN ORDINANCE. ANNEXING AND ZONING LOTS 3, 4, AND 5 OF WEST LAWN SUBDIVISION,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT TflEREOF,.FILED IN BOOK 2 OF PLATS AT PAGE 94, RECORDS
OF ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian have
concluded that it is in the -best interest~of said City to annex-to the said -
City real property which is hereinbelow described:
' LOTS 3,4, and 5 of WEST LAWN SUBDIVISION, according to 'the plat
thereof, filed in Book 2 of Plats at Page 94, records of Ada
County, Idaho;
EXCEPT the following: Beginning at a point in the center of the road,
more or less, which said point is North 0 degrees 12' East 30 feet
-from the Northwest corner of said Lot 5 of WEST LAWN-SUBDIVISION;
thence South 0 degrees 12' West 104 feet to the center of the
Boise-Meridian drain, ditch; thence South 61 degrees 28' East 286.3
feet along the center of said ditch; thence
North 0 degrees 12' East 241 feet; thence
South 89 degrees 56' West 252 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section l: That the above described and referenced real property
is hereby annexed to the City of Meridian, and shall be zoned Limited
Office (L-0').
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the
' legal description and map which shall plainly and clearly designate the
i3ot~ridaries of said property, to be .filed with the Ada County Recorder,
' Ada County Assessor, and the STate Tax Commission within ten (IO) days
following the effective date of this Ordinance.
Section 3r This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City COuncil and Approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 21 day of August, 1990.
