copy of site plan, elevations and list of construction materials for all buildings.

(300') of the external boundaries of the land being considered. This list can be
obtained from the City of Meridian Planning & zoning Department. Please
request list seven days prior to submitting application.

12. Characteristics of subject property that make a conditional use desirable.
The subject property has been an outdoors sales lot of some kind since it was
established in 1978, 22 years ago. First it was tractors and farm equipment, then
storage barns, and now for the past 10 years it has been a used car lot.
13. A fee established by the Council; $275.00 + $1.73 each for certified mailings for
each property owner listed within the 300 feet = Total Fee. Planned Unit
Development Fee is $400.00 for first acre plus $15.00 for each additional acre or
portion thereof, plus $1.73 each for certified mailings for each property owner
listed within 300 feet. Please double the mailing fee on this application if the
property is located in a zone other than old Town, Commercial, or Industrial.
(All other zones require two public hearings -- I before Planning & zoning
Commission and 1 before City Council).

14. A statement that the applicant or user of the property agrees to pay any additional
sewer, water or trash fees or charges, if any, associated with the use, whether that
use be residential, commercial or industrial.
Applicant has paid sewer, water and/or trash fees, and will continue to do so.
15. The application shall be verified by the applicant who shall state that he has read
the contents thereof and verifies that the information contained therein is true and
correct.
