Gillette St. and Glamorgan Ave. have been combined into 1 lot because the current lot 4, block 4 is now being used as a drainage basin and common area. The cturent lot 1, block 7 has been reduced in size from the pre-plat because the now excluded portion of the lot is owned by Nampa and Meridian Irrigation District which was discovered after receiving the title report for this development.
