The Special Meeting a~ the Meridian City Council was called to order by Mayor Robert
D. Corrie at ~:g5 P.M.:
MEMBERS PRESENT: 1l~alt Marrow, Gienn Bentley, Ran Talsma, Charlie Rountree:
ETHERS PRESENT: V1layne Craakstan, Illliil Berg, Lila Hill:
Carrie: The special meeting is far an Executive Session dealing with personnel matters.
Hilt: I just want to know what is going an with ~eneratians Park, I am just here to
observe. Sa I know haw much deadline time I have gat.
Crookston: Well (inaudible)
Rountree: We reviewed the final submittal of the (inaudible) significant technical
questions that we have (inaudible) mostly engineering (inaudible) so Walt can take that
information and come up with an estimated cost. (Inaudible) Walt can maybe get a
better sense (inaudible)
Morrow. (Inaudible)
Hill: So that means at least (Inaudible)
Morrow: (Inaudible) it depends on what (inaudible)
Rountree; Da we need to make a motion to adjourn to discuss ~eneratians Plaza

Executive Session.
Rountree: So moved
Morrow: Second
Corrie: It is made and seconded to go into Executive Session, all those in favor?
Opposed?

Corrie: We have just come out o~ the Executive Session at 9:~4 p.m. and the personnel
discussion no decisions were made. Entertain a motion far adjournment.
Morrow: So moved
Rountree: Second
Corrie; Motion is made and seconded that we adjourn, afl those in favor? Gppased?
MOTION CARRIED: All Yea
