Dear Mr. Mills:
On August 14, 2007, the Meridian City Council granted the consent to vacate
a portion of the existing right-of-way of Magic View Court, a public street
located approximately y" mile west of Eagle Road and approximately Yz mile
north of Interstate 84 located in the NE ~ of Section 17, Township 3 North,
Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
