west ofN. Linder Road.
Application: annexation and zoning of 1.56 acres to R-8.

recommended a DA with the following provisions:

Location, size of property, and existing zoning: The site totals 1.56 acres, is currently zoned RUT in
Ada County, and is located at 2400 W. Wapoot Drive generally north of W. McMillan Road,
approximately %2 mile west of N. Linder Road. This site is improved with a single-family residential
home and accessory outbuildings.
