Watertower Lane, Ste. 202, Meridian, Idaho 83642 Dear Staff members, This letter is in regards to a Short Plat Application that we are submitting for review and approval. Property, located at 1303 E. Central Drive, is proposed for a new high school within the Joint School District No.2. The building will house high school administration offices, general classrooms, and vocational technology programs. Surrounding the building will be adequate parking for the Joint School District Service Center, high school faculty and students. The School District is exercising options to sell off a portion of the building and site to a major state university for education use. Although several life safety systems within the building will be operated as if the building is one owner (per Master Declaration), the domestic water services will be split into separate meters for each building owner. Several items on the property are existing to remain which we feel conforms to all the requirements and provisions of the City of Meridian UDC. The Architect of Record is Hummel Architects, pllc and the Civil! Survey Engineers of Record are WH-Pacific, both of which are licensed in the State of Idaho.
