Seel Subject: Bonito Subdivision-Final Plat TELEPHONE (208) 32319191 FAX 3237523 In response to your letter dated February 7, 2003 regarding Bonito Subdivision, we provide the following information or comments: • Three copies of the landscape plan prepared by the Land Group. • Planning & Zoning's is satisfied the 1" = 100'scale for the plat was satisfied in the original application (sheets 2 &3). • Notes will be added to the revised plat addressing building height restriction for all building lots adjacent to the Ridenbaugh Canal and a common lot located in block 5. • Quadrant will provide copies of the revised plat on Monday, February 10`h • The Irrigation Performance Specifications form is attached herewith. • Lot 3, block 1 is a common lot for the pressurized irrigation system. • We have never proposed, nor was it a condition of approval, to provide permanent fencing plans. Any detailed temporary construction fencing plan should be addressed when plans are submitted for a building permit and not during development of the infrastructure. We kindly ask that this item be removed. Please call should you have any questions.
