To whom if may concern,
Attached you will fmd the paperwork and drawings as required for submittal. All items
have been checked in the "comments" column for completion. Please review and let me
know if you need additional information or clarification, however, I believe all is
complete. This site is unique in that a church meetinghouse exists on the front two-thirds
of the property and we are completing the overall site with this new seminary project at
the rear third of the property. For this reason we are required to apply for the Planned
Development. Thank you for your time and review, call if additional items are needed.
