approval of RZ 07-009, to include all staff report. All those in favor say aye. Opposed
same sign? Motion carried. Thank you.

Rohm: Commissioner Mae.
Moe: Never mind. I stop right there. We are not done.
Rohm: Okay. All right.
Newton-Huckabay: We have to continue everything. Would you like a blanket
continuation?

Continued Public Hearing from May 3, 2007: AZ 06-063 Request for
Annexation and Zoning of 38.68 acres from RUT and R-1 zones to C-G
zones for Waltman Property by Waltman, LLC - 505, 521, 615 and 675
Waltman Lane:
Rohm: If they were all the same date it would be nice. Okay. At this time I'd like to
open the Public Hearing on AZ 06-063 for the sole purpose of continuing to the regularly
scheduled meeting of August 2nd, 2007.
Moe: So moved.
Siddoway: Second.
Rohm: It's been moved and seconded to continue Item No. 06-063 to the regularly
scheduled meeting of August 2nd, 2007. All those in favor say aye. Opposed same
sign? Motion carrted.
