approved by the ~ayor and Council of the City of ~eridian by Urdinan6es
of said City, to-wit:- Niday's Second Addition, Taylor ~ddition, Park
View Addition, ~ilson Addition and Frost Addit~on, and also all other
additions hereafter so approved, shall be and they are, hereby declcred
to be subject to the tertia and provisions of this 0rdinance.

Section 2. GU1mS. All curbs hereafter constr'J.cted in the afore-
said Additions shall he constructed fourteen feet froB the oroncrtv line
ot' the prel1ises, neasured from t;le outside of the curb, and'" s.lall be at
least six inches in '.vidth when constructed.
Section 3. SID~~LKS. All sidewalks hereafter constructed in the
aforesaid J\dditions shall be four feet in width a~d constructAd integral
~ltll or abuttinG the curb if then constructed or then being constructed.
If curb is not then constructed, the sidewalk shall be laid to what will
be the inside linA of the ourb when oonstruoted.

Sect ion 8. ()11E.cH l(K,L::DL~S. The ir1poo i tion of' the pSllo.1ty
herein prescribed shall not preclude the City ~ttorney in the name
of the City of ~eridial1, from instituting an appropriate action to
prevent the unlBwrul construction of curbs and sidewalks, or to
restrain, correct or abate a violation or the use of any cllrbs or
sidewalks not cOIlstructed, in accordance with t~is Ordinance.
Section 9. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 10. hll emersency existing therefor, which emergency is
hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall be in full roree aDd
effect froD and after its passB5e, approval and publication as
required by lQw.
