OF MERIDIAN, ADA COill1TY, IDAHO:-
Section 1. That the salc:.'lry of the Mayor to be elected
at the election to be held in said City of Meridian on the fourth
Tuesday of April, 1949 and bienially thereafter, shall be ~50.00
per month, payable monthly.
Section 2. Th~t the salary of the City Clerk and Ex Officio
Police Judge, to be elected at the election to be held in said City
of ~eridian on the fourth Tuesday of April, 1949 end bienially
thereafter, and performing the duties of both offices, shall be
:lP180.00 per month, payable monthly.

Section 3. That the salary of the Treasurer to be elected
at the election to be held in said City of ~~ridian on the fourth
Tuesday of April, 1949 and bienially thereafter, shall be ~45.00
per month, payable monthly.
Section 4; 'fhat the salary of each Councilman to be
elected at the election to be held in the said City of ideridian
6n the fourth Tuesday of April, 1949 and bienially thereafter,
shall be ;Jp25.00 per month, payable monthly.
Section 5. That Ordinance No. 15 of the City of Meridian
passed and approved May 5, 194~and all other ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passbge, approval and 9ublication as
req~ired by law, but the effective date thereof is hereby
declared to be on and. after J.vlay 1st, 1949.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Iiiayor
of th~ City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 22nd day of
March, 1949.
