Sec. 1. That Section 11 of Ordinance ~o. 7 of the City
of i.lericUan, i.da County, Idaho, be w']Bnded 80 that t~e sam.s shell

Section 11. Cancellation of Licenses.

or for t~e violation of the laws of the State of I(aho
or the United ~tates, or for any conduct, or act of the

by hin or them on the premises where beer is sold, or in

Sec. 2. Tha~ Section 12 of 0rdinence No.7 of t~e City
of ~i;eri(Han, J'~da County, Idaho, be a:,lended so that the Sby,Je ~3hall

Council. Should it appear to the Mayor and Council from
such report, or froJu 0 ther infonrlat ion, that there is n

of suc~ report shall be served upon the licensee, together

CouEcil for investigation of sl~id complaint, at a time and

Such lloaring and investi[::ation shall be infoI']J131. If upon
such hearing and investigation the ~ayor and Council finds
that cause exists for the revocation of such license the
same shall be revoked by the Mayor and the Cou~cil.
Seo. 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its p8s::.:age, BI)proval and public8.tion (if, re(luired by
law.
