BE IT ORDAI1~ED BY 'rIm MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL 0]' rrHE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO:- Section 1. That the following described lands, situate, lying and being adjaoent to the City of Meridian, Ada County. Idaho. to-wit:- An irregular traot in the Southeast Q,uarter (SE!) of the Northeast I Q,uElrter (NEi) of Section Twelve (12), Township Three North (T. 3~. Range One West (R. 1 W.), Boise Meridian, (B.M.), described by metes and bounds as follows: .. . From the corners of Sees. 1, 6, 7 and 12, T. 3 N., R. 1 E., B. M., ;- South along the East boundary of Seo. 12, 1989.8 feet to a point in the oenter of Carlton Avenue; Thenoe N. 890 50' W. 346 feet to an iron pin; Thence North 220 feet to the real place of beginning; Thenoe N. 890 50' W. 917.8 feet to an iron pin; Thence N. 00 02' E. 220 feet to an iron pin; Thence S. 8go 50' E. 917.7 feet to an iron pin; Thence South 220 feet to the place of beginning; together with all water rights, ditohes, and ditch right5 of way thereto belonging, are hereby declared to be and are hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho~ Section 2. That the lands above described shall be known as FROST ADDITION to the City of Meridian. Ada County, Idaho, and the plat thereof as filed with the Clerk of said Oity of Meridian dedicating to the use of the public forever the streets as shown on said plat is hereby aocepted and approved and the dedication of the streets in said plat named and described is hereby accepted. Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the approva.l of said plat and the City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare and file with the County Recorder of the County of Ada, State of Idaho. a certified copy of this Ordinance with the plat attached. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval and publication as required by law..
