AN ORDrnANCE APPROVING THE PUT OF AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF THE STREETS AND ALLEYS IN PARK VIEW ADDITION TO TIm CITY OF MERIDIAN
ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO. '
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:-
S~otion.l. That the following desoribed lands, situate, lying
and be~ng adJaoent to the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, to-wit:-
An irregular tract in the Northeast Quarter (NE!) of section
Twelve (12), Township Three North (T. 3 N.), Range One West
(R. 1 W~, Baise Meridian (B.M.), describes by metes and bounds
as follows:
From the corners of Sees. 1, 6, 7 and 12, T. 3 N., R. 1 E. and
1 W., B. M., South along the Township Line 1989.8 feet to an
iron pin;
theme',1I.8go 50' Vi. along the center line of Carlton Avenue,
1264 feet to a point in the center line of 4th street, the
real place of beginning;
thence 890 50' W. 30.0 feet to a point;
thenoe N. 60 02' E. 30.0 feet to a point;
thence N. 890 50' W. 120 feet to a point;
-thence N. 09 'GB' E. 602.8 feet to a point;
then'oe s. 890 50' E. 150 feet to a point on the center line
of 4th street projected;
thence s. 00 02' W. 632.8 feet to the place of beginning,
together with all water rights, ditches and ditch rights of
way thereto belonging.
are hereby declared to be and are hereby annexed to and made a part
of the 01 ty of Meridi-an, Ada County, Idaho.
Seotion 2. That the lands above desoribed shall be known as PARK
VIFN ADDITION to the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and the plat
thereof ,as filed with the Clerk of said city of Meridian dedicating to
the use of the public forever the streets as shown on said plat is hereby
aocepted and approved and the dedioation of the streets in said plat named
and desoribed is hereby acoepted.
section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
the ~pproval of said plat and the city Clerk is hereby directed to pre-
pare and file with the County Recorder of the County of Ada, state of
Idaho, a certified copy of this Ordinance with the plat attaChed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effeot from
and after its passage and approval and publication as required by law.
