ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
Seotion 1. That there be, and there hereby is le'9'ied upon all property,
both real and personal, which is taxable by law for state and county
purposes, in the City of' IJerillian, the following taxes for the fisoal year
beginning the first day of Mny,l947. and ending the thirtieth da.y of April,
1948, as follows:
For General purposes, the sum of fifteen(l5) mills on the dollar.
por maintensDCIe of lire department, the sum of two (2) mills on the Dollar.
For maintenance of I-.c:unicipal Band, the 8-\.Ul1 of one (L) mill on the Dollar.
}'or Interest s.nd Sinking Fund for ~Vater Bonds, the Sum of three and eight
tenths (3.8) mills on the Dollar.
.~'or Interest and Sinking pund for Sewer Bonds the sum of two and eight
tenths (2.8) mills on the Dollar.
wor interest and ~Hnking lund for Municipal coupon :r:lefunding 30nds the sum
of two (2.) mills on the Dollar.
Sect ion 2. r:fhat the 01 ty Clerk of the said 01 ty of Merid ian, be and is hereby
required, upon elleetion and payment of the money derived from the levies
herein made, to ascertain and appropriate to the respective sinking fYnds
of the seversl bond issues, their several and respective portions of the
amounts so cblleeted and paid, sufficient for the payment of interest on the
several bond iSSues and for Sinking funds herein provided.
Section 3. -"hareas An emergenoy exists, this Ordinnnoe ehall be in full
force ~nd effect from and after its passage approval and publ1ca.tion.
