Section 3. The Kayar and City Clerk, are hereDY autho.rized to
sign tne approval of aaid plat and the City Clerk is here.y
direcjed to prepare and file with the County' Recorder of the
County of Ada, State of Idaho., a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the plat attached.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as required

City of Meridian, Ada Caunty, Idaho this 9th day of June, 1947.
