tfL~RBgNANCE AMENDING 'SECTION 10, OF ORDINANCE ~O.7 TO PROVIDE FOR
BOT'l'LED OR CANNED BEER TO BE TAKEN AWAY FROM PLACE OP SALE

Be it ordained by the Mayor and the City Counoil of tad City of Meridian.
Sec. 1. That Seotion 10 of Ordinanoe No.7. be amended to read as
follows:

aeo. 10. Every person licensed under the provisi~ns of this
Ordln1;l,nce shall pay the City uf r.1el"l,Uc'n, Idaho, an annuallicense
fee for the sale of Draught and bottled beer, or draught beer only,
t.ne surr.,~:.one hundred, ($100.00 I dollars per annum, payable at the
time appl~catlon for license 1s filed, provided however that all
lioenses issued under the provisions of this Ordinance shall expire
on the thirt7~f~r5t day of Deoember of the year in which they shall
be issued. Provided further, that the fee for a license to sell beer
in bottles or cans to -be ta,ken awa.y from the premi.ses where sold and
not to be consumed or opened on the premises where sold, shall be
twenty-five Dollars ($25.00).
Seo. 2. This Ordinanco sha.ll be full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication.
Passed by the C1 ty council and approved by the :Mayor of the 01 ty of
Meridian this 6th dny of' February, 1947.
