BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'l"r OF MERIDIAN:
Section l~ It shall be unlawful for a.ny minor person under the age of
14 yeArs to wander or loiter upon or about the streets or in any PUblio
building or place of amusement in the City of Meridian in the night
time after the hour at 10 O'clook P. M., without being accompanied by
~rent or guardian, unless upon a necessar.r errand or lawful business.
Section 2. Any person under the age ot 14 years found violating this
Ordinance will be deemed a juvenile delinquent and subjeot to nrrest and
prosecution as a juvenile delinquent.
