STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE
1. Streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks are to be constructed to standazds as required by Ada
County Highway District and Meridian Ordinance. Dimensions will be determined by
the City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width.
2. Proposed use is in conformance with the City of Meridian Comprehensive Plan.
3. Development will connect to City services.
4. Development will comply with City Ordinances.
5. Preliminary Plat includes all appropriate easements.
6. Street names do not conflict with City grid system.
7. All items noted on the preliminary plat checklist have been completed.

STATEMENT OF COMPLLANCE
LOCHSA FALLS N0.2 SUBDIVISION
The proposed streets will be constructed to Ada County Highway District
standazds. (Construction Standards: Local - 33 ft. street section, 5 ft.
landscaped area and 4 ft. detached sidewalks.)
2. The proposed development is in conformance with the City's Comprehensive
Plan. This azea is designated as Medium Density Residential on the
Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map.
3. The development will connect to City water and sewer facilities. The
applicant will extend water and sewer north in Ten Mile Road to the Bews 80
acre parcel where the facilities will be extended east and north into the
subject property and east to the second phase.
4. The final plat submitted complies with most provisions of the Ordinance.
The existing zoning designation is R-4. However, the project was approved
under a Planned Unit Development application allowing deviations from
dimensional standazds and other areas of the Ordinance.
5. All applicable easements have been shown on the final plat.
6. The street names delineated on the final plat reflect the comments
by the Street Name Conunittee.
7. All items on the checklist have been provided.
