For Value Received, Grantor, Rhea A. Scott,a single person, does hereby convey,release,
remise and forever quit claim unto Grantee, Apollo A. Scott, a single person, as his separate
property,currently of 120 N.Nola Road,Meridian,Idaho 83 642,the following described premises,
situated in Ada County,Idaho,to wit:
This description is to combine Instrument No. 9213732 and Instrument No.
110080660 into one parcel. This parcel is located within the East half of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 8,Township 3 North,Range
1 East of the Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 1
East North 89°37'00" East (basis of bearing Sparrowhawk Subdivision) along the
South line of Section 8 a distance of 661.20 feet;thence
North 0'01'53" East (original deed call North 1°08' West) along the centerline of
East Nola Road, a distance of 284.11 feet to the Real Point of Beginning;thence
South 85°28'07" East (original deed call South 86°38' East) along the Northwest
line of Lot 3, Block 1 Sparrowhawk Subdivision, a distance of 331.00 feet; thence
North 0'01'53" East a distance of 227.23 feet to the South line of Locust Grove
Industrial Park;thence along said South line
South 89°37'18" West a distance of 329.98 feet to the centerline of East Nola Road;
thence along said centerline South 0'01'53"West a distance of 198.90 feet and back
to the Point of Beginning.
Being all of the same property conveyed to Grantor by virtue of a Warranty Deed
recorded 08/08/2016 in Instrument No. 2016-072296 in the Office of the County
Recorder and Clerk of Ada County, Idaho.
