I certify that all street finish centerline elevations shown on the Lennon Pointe Subdivision plans(dated
May 12,2025) are set a minimum of three feet above the highest established groundwater elevation
according to the groundwater estimates provided in the geotechnical investigation and addenda prepared
by Atlas Technical Consultants(B211602g and addendum 1).
