Modification of existing agreement
I attended the planning and zoning hearings and city council meeting for the original
approval of Grandview Station. We were very surprised that Meridian reduced the
required twenty-five foot landscape barrier between commercial and residential to a mere
five feet.
Now, the W. H. Moore Company, is coming back to the City Council for even more
concessions to improve their bottom line. This is without any concern for the entry
corridor requirements (which they originally agreed to), or the Overland Way
Subdivision and more specifically our neighbor at 1546 Loder.
Please don',! allow the W. H. Moore Co. to improve their return on investment at the
expense of the city and neighbors.
