Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday,August 6,2026 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33
E.Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following
request(s):
H-2026-0030 Kiddie Academy of Meridian: Conditional
Use Permit for a daycare center for up to 188 children at one
time in an 8,640 sq. ft. building on 1.33 acres of land in the
C-G zoning district, located at 6513 N.Levi Ave.Applicant:Ar-
chitecture Northwest, PA
H-2025-0007 Syringa Crossing Mixed Used Develop-
ment: Annexation of 62.43 acres of land with R-15 (9.73
acres), R-40(16.58 acres), L-O(1.43+3.90 acres),C-N(2.07
acres) and C-C (19.60 + 9.13 acres) zoning districts, a Pre-
liminary Plat consisting of 10 building lots on 24.46 acres of
land in the proposed R-40, L-O and C-C zoning districts and a
Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consist-
