Proposed Zoning: To be annexed with a "C-C Community Business District" zone designation The subject property is immediately adjacent to an existing commercial development and would be integrated into the shopping center development. The land is located with frontage on Fairview Avenue and would provide a buffer from the existing cemetery and the shopping center. With integration into the property east of Records Drive a large parcel is created approximately 24 acres in size. The Meridian Zoning Ordinance definition of Community Shopping Center is a center between 100,000 - 400,000 square feet of gross floor space on a site of 8 to 30 acres. This definition would require a C-C COmrtlunity Business District zoning. Comprehensive Plan: The proposed zoning is in conflict with the Comprehensive Plan.
