Enhanced Pathway Crossing
Improve pedestrian and bicycle crossing safety across Locust
Grove with PHB. A lot of pedestrians, bicycles, and scooters
cross here due to multi-mile pathway on both sides of locust
grove, but vehicle traffic backs up from Amity and so
crossing can be very dangerous for pedestrians.
Locust Grove and Wrightwood pedestrian crossing
was added to the list and moved up. This is a well-
used pathway connection without any safety
improvements (including crosswalk), in an often
congested area, along a multi-mile pathway
network and was both added and moved up on the
list.

Improve enhanced pedestrian and bicycle crossing safety
across Black Cat with PHB. This is part of the well-used multi-
