At your request, I will reserve the name Aligned Subdivision to include Parcels S1116336421,
S1116336403, and S1116336453, of T3N, R1 E, S.16, SW 1/4, Meridian for your project. I can honor this
reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place
when the final plat is recorded.
Depending on the layout/ phasing of the development,ACHD may have to sign the plat as a
"Trustee of the existing public right-of-way".
