Idaho Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: Review & Consideration of Application MI 07-009 of Winston Moore We own and reside at 1476 S. Loder Place in the Overland Way Subdivision. After reading the request by W.H. Moore Co., we would like to go on record as adamantly opposed. To locate a large tall building so near the property line and for nearly the full length is unbelievable. We can only imagine how our next door neighbors must feel about the impact on the most sensitive side of their property. It seems to us that Mr. Moore knew full well the limitations of that particular piece of property at the time of purchase. We would think landscape and parking lot would soften the impact and transition from commercial to residential, as originally submitted and approved. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
