TYPE OF EASEMENT BEING PARTIALLY RELEASED: SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
GRANTEE: CITY OF MERIDIAN
GRANTORS: SCS INVESTMENTS LL I INCLUDING SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS
WHEREAS, by easement dated April 4th , 2023 and recorded as Instrument Number
2023-019392 —in the land records of Ada County, State of Idaho, an easement of the type
and nature set forth in the above-captioned title was granted to the City of Meridian, an Idaho Municipal
Corporation("the Easement"),upon the real property legally described therein.
WHEREAS,the continuance of a certain portion of the Easement is no longer necessary or desirable.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the City of Meridian does hereby release, vacate,
and abandon that certain portion of the Easement on the lands more particularly described on Exhibit A,
and depicted on Exhibit B,attached hereto and incorporated herein.
All rights and privileges under the under the above-described document in and to the remaining lands
covered by the Easement shall remain and continue in the Grantee and shall not be affected in any way
hereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE CITY OF MERIDIAN has caused these presents to be executed by its
proper officers thereunto duly authorized this 7th day of July 12o26

BASIS OF BEARINGS for this description is S. 89°25'12" E. between a 1/2" rebar marking the northwest corner of
Lot 2, Block 2 of Pollard Subdivision No. 1, as shown in Book 127 of Plats, at Page 20407-20411,Ada County
Records, and a 1/2" rebar marking the northeast corner of said Lot 2, both in T.4 N., R. 1 W., B.M., City of
Meridian,Ada County, Idaho.
A portion of the City of Meridian sewer easement, Instrument No. 2023-019392,Ada County Records, being a
portion of said Lot 2, Block 2 of Pollard Subdivision No. 1, located within the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 21,
T.4 N., R. 1 W., B.M., City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a 1/2" rebar marking the northwest corner of said Lot 2;
Thence S.0°34'29" W.,coincident with the west line of said Lot 2, a distance of 16.50 feet to the southerly line
of said easement;
Thence S. 89°25'31" E., coincident with said southerly line, 94.26 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence continuing, S. 89'25'31" E., 20.00 feet;
Thence S.0°34'29" W.,42.00 feet;
Thence N. 89°25'31" W., 20.00 feet;
Thence N.0°34'29" E.,42.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above-described portion of said easement contains 0.019 acres, more or less.
