RE: Creason Creek Subdivision—Final Plat Modification of FP (H-2016-0022)
On behalf of CS2, LLC, we are submitting this Final Plat Amendment Application for Creason Creek
Subdivision#1. The site is 15.75 acres in size and located at the southeast corner of W. Ustick Road and
N. Linder Road, Meridian, Idaho.
We are requesting the removal of Lot 1, Block 1 from Plat Note 7, designating the lot as a common lot. The
original use of this lot was for a Dog Park which was relocated to Lot 13 and portions of Lots 14& 15,Block 1
Creason Creek Sub #2 through MFP-H-2019-0139
