This email is a follow-up to our earlier phone
conversation.
As the property owner adjacent to the referenced
project, we are currently working through a
cross-access and cross-parking agreement. The details
are not available at this time, but we expect to have
defined shortly.
with pending agreement for cross-parking and
cross-access, we support the approval of conditional
use permit 07-014 for J&K Enterprises at 1330 E.
