I'd like to submit a comment for Elizabeth Childcare H-2026-0032 scheduled for 7/16/26 and located at
1247 Caucus Way.
I own a home at 1154 N. Caucus Way. I am strongly opposed to a commercial childcare located at this
proposed address. The traffic created by 12 more cars during rush hour, twice a day, will be material,
lowering my property value and adding noise and traffic congestion. Further the traffic is a safety hazard
as it will happen at the times of day kids are going to and from school. This property was not zoned for
commercial for a good reason, so please don't change it.
