ITD will not have any comments for this development. We previously accepted a tra?ic study with no
mitigations for 124 units, so the reduction to 88 units is no issue for us.

Just checking in to see if ITD has any comments on this application; here’s a link to the application file:

It’s an 88 unit apartment complex. They’re not proposing access via Eagle Rd./SH-55; access is via River Valley St.
