Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
July 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the
following request(s):
H-2026-0004 Livewell: Modified Development Agreement to the existing development agreement (Inst.
#2021-135666) to include Animal Care Facility as an allowed use and Conditional Use Permit for the
Animal Care Facility if approved on approximately 1.164 acres of land currently zoned L-O, located at
3175 N. Ten Mile Rd. Applicant: Jeff Likes, ALC Architecture
