Notice of Neighborhood Meeting
Conditional Use Permit
May 27, 2026
Dear Neighbor,
Ahlquist LLC is in the process of applying for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Tier 2 Drive-Through
Restaurant. The proposed drive-through is limited to a designated ordering area, one (1) stacking lane,
and a pick-up window. The building site is located off Ten Mile Road and Grand Mogul Drive in Meridian.
One of the requirements necessary prior to submitting the applications is to hold a neighborhood
meeting to provide information to property owners or purchasers of record within 500 feet of the subject
parcel (Section 11-5A-6C).
The In-Person Neighborhood Meeting details are as follows:
MEETING DATE/TIME: Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 6 PM
MEETING LOCATION: The location is south of W Grand Mogul Drive and west of S
Ten Mile Road. There is currently a white trailer on site. The
attached Vicinity Map has a red star with the approximate
location.
FORMAT: This meeting is intended to give neighbors an opportunity to learn more about the
project before the public hearing. No formal presentation will be given. A printed vicinity map
and site drawings will be available. Project team members will be present to answer questions
and receive feedback.
The project is summarized below:
SITE LOCATION: S Ten Mile Road and W Grand Mogul Drive.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is applying for a conditional use permit and
requesting approval for a Tier 2 drive-through in accordance with the requirements of the City
of Meridian Unified Development Code Section 11-4-3-11.
We look forward to the neighborhood meeting and encourage you to attend. At that time, we will answer
any questions and collect comments you may have.
This is a Pre-Application requirement, and applications have not been submitted to the City of Meridian.
