This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present. Emerald Street, Suite 100, Boise ID 83704 (208) 336-8370 julieb@brsarchitects.com Project Description This project is located at 3272 W. Grand Mogul Drive (Parcel R1862770600) in the new Ten Mile District development. We are proposing a 2,053 square foot Taco Bell restaurant with a drive-through.The modern design for this Taco Bell follows the new Endeavor Prototype with a color palette of grays, browns, and creams with pops of the purple brand color for accent. Our site plan incorporates a 9-car drive-through lane with an escape lane. The drive-through lane begins at the SE corner of the site and wraps around the east side of the building and exits at the NW corner of the site. The site allows for an additional stack of 5-8 cars on site if needed that will not impede on traffic to other locations within the development. The application being submitted to the city is for a Conditional Use Permit(CUP)that is required for any project with a drive-through. Our drive-through is defined as Tier 2: A drive-through associated with a restaurant, limited to a designated order area, a stacking lane, and a pick-up window. A site plan and elevations of our project have been included with this invitation for reference. Please note:To track attendance and certify that a meeting was held, a sign-in sheet will be present at this meeting. This sign-in sheet will be submitted with the CUP application. Please contact us if you have any questions or you may reach out to the City of Meridian Planning Division at planning@meridiancity.org or 208-884-5533.
