the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 2 North, Range 1 East,
Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Section corner common to Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8, T.2N.,
R.1E., B.M., from which the 1/4 corner common to said Sections 5 and 6 bears, North
00004'42" West, 2655.92 feet; thence on the west boundary line of said Section 5,
North 00004'42" West, 2012.19 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
