Planning Review Notes Sonya Allen The existing Development Agreement(Inst. #2024-063338
H-2023-0055) (provision #5.1e) requires, "A 10-foot wide
detached sidewalk/multi-use pathway shall be provided
within the required street buffers along all collector and
arterial streets within and abutting the site."
The applicant proposes to modify this provision to allow for
the northern segment of the north/south collector street near
Victory Rd. along the eastern boundary of the subdivision to
have a 5'wide sidewalk instead of a 10'wide sidewalk due
to the proximity of the east property line and inability to shift
the collector street further to the west.
An amended & re-stated DA may be done, which doesn't
require signatures from other parties of the existing DA- per
Kurt.
The Applicant should include information in the application
narrative as to why it's not feasible to shift the collector street
further to the west to accommodate the wider pathway. Is an
on-street bicycle lane provided in the area where the
reduced width is requested?
