Dear Mr. Bailey:
This letter is to confirm that the City of Meridian's City Council approved the Final Plat
Modification for the property generally located at the northeast corner of W. Grand Mogul Drive and
S. Black Cat Road at its June 16th, 2026 meeting. The approval modifies the number of buildable lots
from sixty-eight(68)to sixty-seven (67).
