Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Ten Mile Drain as well as pressure irrigation lines lie
within the boundaries of this proposed project. The District has an easement for Ten Mile Drain
as well as the pressure irrigation lines. The easements must be protected and any
encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan, before any
construction is started, is unacceptable.
