RE: PAW Subdivision Narrative of the final plat for PAW Subdivision
Dear Planning and Zoning Commission and Mayor and Council,
On behalf of Rama Group LLC please accept this request for approval of for the Pavilion At
Windsong (PAW Subdivision). The proposed final plat and existing CUP with private streets
was previously approved (H-2024-0073). Approval of all of these applications is required for us
to be in complies with the existing development agreement and the existing approved
construction drawings for the site and its proposed uses.
Site Information:
The subject property is 4.77 acres and located on the northwest corner of Linder and Ustick
Roads. The property is within Meridian City limits and is zoned CC & R40 with an existing
development agreement. The proposed Pavilion at Windsong neighborhood includes 49 total lots
including 33 residential lots, 2 lots for vertically integrated buildings and one commercial lot and
13 common lots with three common lots reserved for private streets.
Conclusion
We are seeking approval of the final plat to allow us to allow us to move forward with the existing
development agreement and construction plan approval (LD-RSUB-2023-0018).
