Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33
E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following
request(s):
H-2026-0022 High Desert Veterinary Hospital:Conditional
Use Permit for an Animal Care Facility on approximately 0.397
acres of land currently zoned L-O,located at 3147 W.Belltower
Dr.Applicant:Travis Butterfield and McCarter Moorhouse
H-2026-0010 Regency at River Valley Phase 3: Modified
Development Agreement to the existing development agree-
ment (SGI Inst. #113005608 & Bach Storage Inst. #2020-
062947) to remove the subject property from the existing
agreements and enter into a new agreement with a change
to the conceptual development plan and use from an indoor
